Floodguard project is founded by the Cooperation Programme INTERREG VA Greece -Bulgaria 2014-2020. The project scope is the cooperation between the two countries in order to develop an action plan of prevention and common response in flooding events in the cross-border river basins of Evros, Nestos and Strymonas. 

Following the installation of the telemetric water monitoring stations by ScientAct, Consortis developed a web-GIS platform, Evrymap, to store, manage and display the collected data from the smart sensors both in a map portal and a dashboard. 

This manual accompanies the Web Platform explaining all the functionalities of the Map Portal and the Dashboard a user can experience.
